Any high-quality life sciences product that comes with the documentation to prove it. Today that is mainly film-coating systems, pharmaceutical excipients, food-grade ingredients for supplements, medical-grade materials, lower-risk medical devices, MDR CE-marked aesthetic products and cosmetics. If your product is not on this page, ask us. Are your coatings free of titanium dioxide? We offer titanium-dioxide-free coating systems, which are required for food supplements in the EU. For medicines, titanium dioxide is still permitted in the EU, so we supply both conventional and titanium-dioxide-free systems depending on your formulation and target markets. What documentation do we receive to qualify a new supplier? A supplier questionnaire, a certificate of analysis for every batch, GMP evidence (for excipients, EXCiPACT or IPEC-PQG certification where available), pharmacopoeia compliance, the Excipient Information Package where relevant, a quality agreement and a change-notification commitment. We also support your audit. You receive the evidence before you order. How long does qualification take? For excipients and coatings it usually takes six to twelve months from samples to first commercial order, depending on your trials and any regulatory variation. Food supplement and device applications are often faster. We start with one product and expand from there. Who is the importer in Europe? Aurienta Life Sciences B.V. in the Netherlands, or a partner we agree together, so European customers buy from an EU company under EU rules, from EU stock, in EUR. Where do you hold stock? In the Netherlands, with a logistics partner, so European customers buy from EU stock, invoiced in EUR. Overseas manufacturers of imported medical devices must appoint a China-based legal agent for NMPA registration, and imported cosmetics need a domestic responsible person. For ingredients and materials, a local partner handles import and customer contact. We arrange a partner you can trust and keep you in control. Do you offer exclusivity?
